Description
Fiber microsilica gel code GLP-3553 product of Parsman Chemical is a multifunctional and efficient product that, in addition to improving the physical and mechanical characteristics of hardened concrete (compressive, tensile, bending and durability), also leads to an increase in the efficiency of fresh concrete. This product is provided using special preservative admixtures in the form of a gel with a combination of microsilica, fibers and a strong water reducer with appropriate viscosity, which is used as a component to improve the mechanical and rheological characteristics of concrete.

Tips for using microsilica gel with fibers code GLP-3553:
It is used to produce concrete with high durability and strength, especially in sections where the transportation distance is significant. This product follows a variety of concrete mixing designs with different categories of workability, with technical advantages, durability and environmental conditions, according to the European standard EN 206, outstanding economy. After complete mixing, it is recommended to add other components to the concrete. Also, if it is used in a concrete truck, it should be mixed uniformly for at least 5 minutes. Considering the significant consumption of microsilica gel, it is recommended to reduce the amount of water in it from the water in the concrete mix, considering the percentage of dry ingredients of the product.

برای تولید بتن با قابلیت دوام و استحکام بالا مخصوصا در شرایطی که فاصله حمل قابل توجه است، به کار می رود. این محصول از انواع طرح‌های اختلاط بتن با رده‌های مختلف کارپذیری با مزایای فنی، دوام و شرایط محیطی، مطابق با استاندارد EN 206 اروپایی، اقتصادی برجسته پیروی می کند. پس از اختلاط کامل توصیه می شود سایر اجزا به بتن اضافه گردد. همچنین در صورت استفاده در کامیون حمل بتن، حداقل به مدت 5 دقیقه به صورت یکنواخت مخلوط گردد. با توجه به میزان مصرف قابل توجه ژل میکروسیلیس توصیه می شود با توجه به درصد مواد خشک محصول، مقدار آب موجود در آن از آب مخلوط بتن کاسته شود.
