Microsilica slurry code SL-352

Description

SL-352 microsilica slurry, produced by Parsman Chemical, is an efficient product that improves the physical and mechanical characteristics of concrete (strength and durability). This product is presented as a suspension of water microsilica powder with appropriate viscosity using special preservative admixtures.Application cases of microsilica slurry code SL-352:Self-compacting concretes (SCC), high-strength concretes, high-durability concretes against chloride ion penetration and sulfate attacks, high-wear concretes such as concrete surfaces exposed to vehicular traffic loads, high-performance concretes (HPC), bulk concrete (reduction of heat of hydration), low-permeability and waterproof concretes such as tanks, tunnels and underground structures exposed to hydrostatic water pressure.

Tips for using SL-352 microsilica slurry:

It is used to produce concrete with high durability and strength, especially in conditions where the transportation distance is significant. This product follows a variety of concrete mixing designs with different categories of efficiency, durability and environmental conditions according to the European standard EN 206, with outstanding technical and economic advantages. It is recommended to add this product to other concrete compounds with a part of concrete mixing water. Also, if used in a concrete truck, it should be mixed uniformly for at least 5 minutes. Considering the significant consumption of microsilica slurry, it is recommended to modify the concrete mix water according to the percentage of dry materials of this product and reduce the concrete mix water. It is recommended to mix the contents of the container well before use.

This product is compatible with the following admixtures and materials:

•Super-plasticizer and concrete super-plasticizer

•Concrete retarders: Parsman Chemical R-200

•Concrete Precipitators: Parsman Chemical AX-104
