Waterproofing agent code GLW-500 is designed to obtain a waterproof concrete system so that the active chemicals in the formulation of these products, while making the concrete hydrophobic and reducing capillary absorption, with free lime and moisture in the capillary channels and internal pores of the paste. Cement combines and forms insoluble crystalline complexes. These insoluble crystals block the capillary pores as well as the microshrinkage cracks inside the concrete to prevent further water penetration, even under pressure.

Tips for using waterproofing agent code GLW-500 FineGel GLW-500 is used to produce impermeable concrete with high strength and durability. This product follows a variety of concrete mixing schemes with different categories of workability, durability and environmental conditions, in accordance with the European standard EN 206, with outstanding technical and economic advantages.
It is recommended to add FineGel GLW-500 to concrete after complete mixing of other components. Also, if it is used in a concrete truck, it should be mixed uniformly for at least 5 minutes. Considering the dosage and the ability to increase the efficiency of this product, it is recommended to reduce the amount of water in the concrete mix based on the percentage of dry materials.
