Description
The ready-made grout code GX-1001 of Parsman Chemical products is a mineral-based product that prevents shrinkage and cracking of the section with its inherent expansion properties. After pouring, processing and hardening, this product has unique characteristics in terms of physical, mechanical (compressive, bending resistance) and durability. This special expansion grout is formulated using special expansion and mineral admixtures and is presented in the form of a powder with certain granularity.

Usage tips
To prepare the grout, first pour the specified amount of water into a clean plastic container and slowly add the GX-1001 product to it and stir continuously. It is recommended to use a mixer for this. Stirring for 5 to 6 minutes is enough. In the end, the desired grout has achieved the required efficiency. The prepared mixture should be used within 30 minutes. Grouting should be done inside the mold without stopping. By slowly hitting the rod, you can ensure the uniform distribution of the grout. It is necessary to choose the amount of water used between 0.12 and 0.16 according to consistency, workability and resistance. It is recommended to check the desired substrate for contamination before starting grouting. The surface must be completely free of dust, dirt, grease, oil, paint, plaster or any non-solid coating. Contact surfaces must be moist. The ambient temperature during execution should be between +5 and +35 degrees Celsius.
