Microsilica gel code MegaGel-504H

Microsilica gel code MegaGel-504H Microsilica gel MegaGel-504H, a product of Parsman Chemical Megagel, improves the strength and reduces the permeability of concrete with the property of increasing the efficiency. This multi-purpose and efficient product, in addition to improving the physical and mechanical characteristics of hardened concrete (strength and durability), also increases the efficiency of fresh concrete to a very high extent and eliminates the need to use water-reducing admixtures. This product is presented using special preservative admixtures in the form of a gel with a combination of microsilica and a strong water reducer with appropriate viscosity, which is used as a modifier of concrete rheology characteristics.

Applications of microsilica gel code MegaGel-504H:

Industrial floors and concrete bridge decks, self-compacting concrete (SCC), structures and elements exposed to melting and freezing cycles, high durability concretes against chloride ion penetration and sulfate attacks, concretes with high wear resistance such as concrete surfaces exposed to vehicle traffic loads vehicles, high strength and performance concretes (HPC), bulk concrete (hydration heat reduction), low permeability and waterproof concretes such as tanks, tunnels, dams, pools and underground structures exposed to hydrostatic water pressure

Safety matters

Tips for using microsilica gel code MegaGel-504H:

It is used to produce concrete with high durability and strength, especially in sections where the transportation distance is significant. This product follows a variety of concrete mixing designs with different categories of performance, with technical advantages, durability and environmental conditions, according to the European standard EN 206, outstanding economy. After complete mixing, it is recommended to add other components to the concrete. Also, if it is used in a concrete truck, it should be mixed uniformly for at least 5 minutes. Considering the significant amount of microsilica gel consumption, it is recommended to reduce the amount of water in the concrete mix according to the percentage of dry ingredients of the product.

This product is compatible with the following admixtures and materials:

•Concrete retarders: Parsman Chemical R-200
•Concrete Precipitators: Parsman Chemical AX-104
•Expanding admixtures
•Shrinkage reduction admixtures
•Processing materials for exposed concrete
•Common mold oil
